We aspire to provide you the care you deserve, not the care you are used to.

We’re Redefining Primary Care.

  • Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a new healthcare model recognized by the Affordable Care Act that allows consumers to have direct and unrestricted access to their primary care provider (PCP).

Instead of paying for clinical services via an insurance company, patients who are members of a DPC pay their doctor directly on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

What to Expect as a Perspective Health Member?

  1. Comprehensive exam: Your physician will conduct a thorough exam to assess your overall health. He will listen to your heart and lungs, check your blood pressure and temperature, and may ask you to perform some simple physical tasks.

  2. In-depth medical history: Your physician will ask you about your medical history, including any previous medical conditions, surgeries, medications, and allergies. It's essential to be honest and provide as much detail as possible to help him assess your current health and create a personalized care plan.

  3. Time: You can expect to spend more time with your physician during your appointment than you would during a traditional doctor's visit. This is because DPC doctors schedule more extended appointments to ensure they have enough time to discuss your health in-depth.

  4. Focus on preventative care: At Perspective Health, we focus on preventative care to help keep you healthy and reduce the likelihood of serious medical conditions. Our physicians will discuss lifestyle changes and healthy habits that can help you maintain good health.

  5. Access to your PCP: You’ll have direct access to your physician with the ability to communicate with him and his team via phone, email, or text.

  6. Coordination of care: If you have any ongoing health conditions or require specialty care, your physician will help coordinate your care with other healthcare providers to ensure you receive the best possible care.

Overall, you can expect a more personalized and comprehensive approach to healthcare when you’re a Perspective Health member. Your physician will take the time to get to know you and your health needs, leading to better health outcomes.
